License Granted\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eUpon full payment, the Client receives a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use the artwork for the promotion and distribution of the musical project titled:\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAlbum\/Single: ______________________\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis includes:\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e* Digital streaming platforms\u003cbr\u003e* Physical CDs\u003cbr\u003e* Vinyl records\u003cbr\u003e* Cassette releases\u003cbr\u003e* Social media promotion\u003cbr\u003e* Music videos\u003cbr\u003e* Press releases\u003cbr\u003e* Posters promoting the release\u003cbr\u003e* Merchandise directly related to the album (optional—see below)\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e3. Restrictions\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe Client may not:\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e* Claim authorship of the artwork.\u003cbr\u003e* Sell or license the artwork separately from the musical release.\u003cbr\u003e* Mint the artwork as NFTs without written permission.\u003cbr\u003e* Use the artwork for unrelated commercial products.\u003cbr\u003e* Modify the artwork substantially without written approval.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e4. Credit\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWhere practical, artwork credit should read:\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAlbum Artwork by AiRT\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e5. Artist Rights\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe Artist may:\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e* Display the artwork in portfolios.\u003cbr\u003e* Post it on social media.\u003cbr\u003e* Include it in exhibitions.\u003cbr\u003e* Sell prints or reproductions.\u003cbr\u003e* License the artwork for other purposes that do not falsely imply endorsement of the Client.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e6. Exclusivity\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe commissioned artwork will not be licensed as album artwork to another musician.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe Artist retains the right to display, exhibit, and sell the artwork as fine art.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis agreement licenses the artwork solely for use in connection with the identified musical release. Any use outside of that scope—including branding, apparel collections, advertising campaigns, commercial products, or other unrelated projects—requires a separate written license.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e7.
